For EY Belgium’s new headquarters, AVEX delivered the complete audiovisual environment. In a short period of time, more than 170 modern meeting rooms were equipped with Microsoft Teams Rooms technology, while LED walls were installed in several key areas.
The result is a modern workplace where employees can collaborate and communicate seamlessly in a hybrid environment, supported by intuitive audiovisual technology.

A modern workplace that supports hybrid collaboration
With the move to its new headquarters, EY Belgium wanted to invest in a future-ready workplace designed around hybrid working.
The new audiovisual environment needed to help employees meet efficiently, whether they were joining from the office or remotely. At the same time, the technology needed to contribute to an inspiring workplace where communication, presentations and branding come together.

The solution
Microsoft Teams Rooms and LED walls for an optimal user experience
AVEX delivered more than 170 modern meeting rooms equipped with Microsoft Teams Rooms technology. Integrated audio and video conferencing makes it easy for employees to participate in hybrid meetings, wherever they are.
LED walls were also installed at several locations throughout the office, including the entrance and event spaces. These displays are used for presentations, internal communications and branding, contributing to a dynamic workplace environment.
The project was delivered in close collaboration with EY and Samsung, with an appropriate audiovisual solution selected for each individual space.
