With a multifunctional auditorium, a professionally equipped meeting room and an open collaborative space, the campus now offers flexible facilities that meet the needs of different users and occasions.
The challenge
More than just office space
As the owner of Parklane Campus, GovProp wanted to provide tenants with a modern working environment that also offers space for meeting, collaboration and knowledge sharing. This required professionally equipped shared spaces that could be used by different tenants for a variety of purposes.
Flexibility was key: from presentations and meetings to small-scale events, receptions and speeches.
The solution
Flexible to use, simple to operate
AVEX created a multifunctional auditorium for approximately 50 people, designed for different types of meetings and events. The audiovisual infrastructure supports presentations, events, receptions and speeches without requiring a different technical setup each time.
In addition, a meeting room for 16 people was equipped and an open collaborative space was created on campus. With display technology and video conferencing, users can simply connect their own laptop and get started.
