AVEX managed the nationwide installation of the audiovisual solutions and developed an efficient approach that enabled a smooth and controlled rollout.

With more than 100 stores located at railway stations throughout the Netherlands, the project required careful planning.
Installations had to take place while the stores remained open. At the same time, disruption to employees and travellers needed to be kept to a minimum, with each location becoming operational as quickly as possible.
The solution
Efficient installation supported by smart logistics
AVEX developed an installation process centred around careful preparation and smart logistics.
Specially developed transport trolleys were pre-loaded with all the equipment and materials required for each installation. This enabled technicians to install the displays quickly and efficiently, including at locations that could only be accessed via NS platform lifts.
This level of preparation allowed the nationwide rollout to proceed efficiently and without unnecessary disruption to day-to-day store operations.
