An exceptional visitor experience for thousands of guests
With two event halls, 34 meeting rooms and thousands of visitors per event, making a strong first impression is essential.
NBC wanted to further enhance its hospitality by helping visitors navigate the venue, providing more professional presentation facilities and making it easy to extend events into a hybrid format. At the same time, the technology needed to be easy to manage and flexible enough to support the wide variety of events taking place every day.
The solution
Smart technology that supports hospitality
AVEX delivered a complete audiovisual environment designed to support the visitor experience from the moment guests arrive.
Visitors are welcomed by an impressive XXL LED wall. Throughout the congress centre, an extensive network of digital signage displays guides visitors to the right room. All displays are connected to the booking system, ensuring that the correct information and branding are shown automatically.
The presentation spaces were also upgraded. Modern three-screen setups create a professional environment where presentations can be combined with branding, speaker information and additional content.
To give organisers maximum flexibility, several rooms are equipped for hybrid events with camera and live streaming systems. AVEX also created two plug-and-play studios, making it easy to organise online events, talk shows and breakout sessions.
