For the ABN AMRO Open, AVEX once again worked with ABN AMRO to provide audiovisual support and content creation for the business programmes and Insights Live. By combining technology, content and design, we created a consistent brand experience in which every element reinforces the others.

The challenge
Turning an event concept into a consistent brand experience
A strong concept is only the beginning. The real challenge is ensuring that visitors experience the event exactly as it was originally envisioned.
That is why preparations for each new event begin as soon as the previous edition ends. Ideas are evaluated, refined and translated into a new concept.
By using 3D visualisations of the stage, LED configurations, lighting and the complete setting early in the process, the final result becomes tangible. This makes it easier to make decisions and ensures that everyone involved works towards the same vision.

For the ABN AMRO Open, AVEX provided both the audiovisual technology and content creation. By developing both disciplines together from the outset, they form one integrated event experience.
The designs are translated into the final production, with the stage, lighting, LED configurations and visuals precisely reflecting the original concept.
During the event, every element reinforces the others. Sound, lighting and content support the message without drawing attention away from it.
