With around 300 employees using the office facilities every day, NautaDutilh needed a reliable audiovisual environment that was intuitive to use.
The different spaces needed to support presentations, hybrid meetings and remote collaboration, while meeting room booking and management also needed to be simple and efficient.

Several meeting rooms feature Quarta meeting tables with fully integrated audiovisual technology. This allows users to share presentations and collaborate with ease, both in the room and with remote participants.
The Mapiq building management system also enables efficient room booking and provides valuable management insights into how the different spaces are being used.
