A multifunctional studio as part of the ASN Flagship Store
With the opening of the ASN Flagship Store in Utrecht, ASN Bank created a place where visitors can meet and be inspired by topics such as financial wellbeing, sustainability and better living.
To professionally support these activities, AVEX created a multifunctional studio that is fully integrated into the flagship store concept. From one location, ASN Bank can now independently host webinars, podcasts, presentations and events for both clients and employees.
The challenge
A flexible studio for a growing number of events
ASN Bank was already regularly hosting webinars and events from an external studio or its head office. As the number of productions increased, so did the need for greater flexibility and less reliance on external locations.
The new flagship store provided the opportunity to create an in-house studio that could easily be used for a wide range of productions and events.

AVEX created a multifunctional studio that supports the different ways ASN Bank communicates.
From the presentation and podcast studio, the team produces programmes around current topics such as financial wellbeing, sustainability and better living. Thanks to the flexible setup, employees can easily switch between a live webinar for hundreds of viewers, a presentation or a podcast with multiple speakers.
In addition to the studio, AVEX delivered an interactive community wall, audiovisual facilities for presentations and a control room. For more complex broadcasts, AVEX supports the team with technical expertise, allowing ASN Bank to focus entirely on the content.
