Exclusive event

AVEX Regatta

Participation in the AVEX Regatta is by personal invitation only.

An afternoon full of inspiration, competition and great conversations on the water.

At the AVEX Regatta, clients, partners and AVEX colleagues come together in Muiden for a day of inspiration, connection and competition. We start on shore, where guest speakers share surprising stories and fresh insights around that year’s theme.

Then it’s time to turn inspiration into action as we step aboard a traditional Lemsteraak sailing barge. Time for great conversations, teamwork and, of course, the battle for victory.

AVEX Regatta 2026

Below the Surface

What really makes the difference isn’t always visible on the surface.

Behind strong organisations, successful collaborations and memorable experiences are people, ideas and choices that often remain beneath the surface.

During the AVEX Regatta 2026, we’ll go Below the Surface. A theme that invites us to look deeper, start new conversations and get to know each other better.

On and off the water.

Good to know

No sailing experience? No problem.

You don’t need any sailing experience. Each boat has an experienced skipper on board who will sail the boat and guide the team. Want to get actively involved? Absolutely. Prefer to sit back, enjoy the view and have a good conversation? That’s perfectly fine too.

Choose practical, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend wearing layers so you can easily adapt to changing weather conditions on the water. It’s also a good idea to bring a spare set of dry clothes and shoes in case you get wet from rain or spray. We’ll provide you with a polo shirt and softshell jacket to wear while sailing.
